As a key member of the Research team, the Senior Experience Researcher will act as an advocate for our clients’ customers and/or end users. The Senior Experience Researcher’s primary job will be to facilitate the discovery, articulation and application of customer insights throughout the design process. Responsibilities include:
The ideal candidate must be passionate about uncovering customer behavior, needs, goals and motivations to inform the design and innovation of products and services. The ideal candidate will be curious and will thrive in a work environment that requires strong problem solving skills and independent self-direction. In addition, the ideal candidate will have an aptitude for team collaboration and open communication. The candidate will also have experience in fast-paced and innovative environments and be comfortable with ambiguity. A thorough understanding and previous experience in both qualitative and quantitative user-centered design research methodologies, as well as experience with a wide variety of business cultures, is a must.
